What I read: “When We All Vote – Make a Plan to Vote.”
It’s no secret to anyone who follows me or subscribes to my newsletters where my political thinking resides.
In this election, I don’t think there’s any moral or ethical decision one can make when voting for our next president other than to vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. In my opinion, they are the only choice that will ensure our democracy survives.
Please vote. Use the When We All Vote link to make a plan to vote tomorrow. Be prepared for voter suppression tactics. Be prepared to stand in line if necessary and if you are already in line when the polls close, remain in line because you have a legal right to vote if already in line.
If you’re not already registered to vote, many states allow same-day voter registration. Check out “Does your state allow same-day voter registration?” for details These states offer same-day voter registration: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Please be kind to each other. This election is contentious. I know that. Let’s not yell or scream. Let’s just vote and lead our country to a brighter future.
Thank you.
